THE PROCESS

1
VIRTUAL PLANNING SESSION
We’ll start by connecting—talking through your vision, the looks you’re excited about, and anything that’s on your mind. You’ll get to see the products, ask questions, and settle in. This is where the nerves soften and the session begins to take shape.
2
THE SHOOT
You can exhale—you’re supported every step of the way. When I arrive at your barn, I’ll ease you into hair and makeup (if you’ve chosen to add it on), and I’ll gently guide you through every pose during your shoot. Before you know it, the session is unfolding with more ease than you expected.
3
VIEWING + ORDERING APPOINTMENT
This is often the most powerful part of the experience. You’ll view your images for the first time, select the photographs included in your collection (if added on), and explore artwork options that honor this version of you and your horse, including albums, portfolios, wall art, and gallery walls.

"The boys they come and go.
The horse is with you for the long haul."

FAQ
1 / “Is this more posed or more candid?"
We'll start with a foundational pose where you'll be able interact with your horse to where it's more candid/lifestyle type of images.
2 / “My horse lives at a boarding facility, can we do a portrait session there?"
Of course! Just be sure to communicate and confirm dates with your barn manager.
3 / “What if I don’t look like the women on your website?”
None of the women you see are professional models. They’re everyday women who felt unsure, just like you — until they saw themselves through a new lens. You don’t need to look like anyone else. You just need to show up.
A letter from Bethany
If you’re here, it’s for a reason.
Maybe part of you knows this chapter matters — and another part wonders if now is really the right time.
Maybe you’re thinking your horse needs to be further along, more polished, more finished.
Maybe you’re wondering if this season is important enough to document.
I’ve seen that hesitation before.
What I know to be true is this: you don’t need to wait for the “perfect” moment.
You don’t need your horse to be at the peak of anything.
Meaning doesn’t come later — it lives in what’s already here.
In my work, there is no pressure to perform.
Your horse doesn’t need to prove anything.
You don’t need to know what to do or how to show up.
You just need to arrive — as you are, together.
I’ll meet you there.
With so much love,
Bethany
